UKG Ready System Consultant (Remote in US) – Partner with clients to understand their HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance needs. Configure UKG Ready modules (HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduling, and more) to meet their unique requirements. Manage projects end-to-end—from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live. Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and deliver a smooth implementation experience. Provide expert guidance and support post-launch, helping clients get the most from their UKG investment. Partner with clients to understand their HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance needs. Configure UKG Ready modules (HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduling, and more) to meet their unique requirements. Hands-on experience implementing UKG Ready or Kronos Workforce Ready [Required] A strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, Time & Labor, or workforce management processes. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Bonus Points If You Have
UKG Ready certifications or experience with UKG Pro. Knowledge of payroll compliance and workforce regulations. Data migration or reporting experience. What You\'ll Bring
