Associate Attorney - Probate, Trust, and Estate Planning We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Probate, Trust, and Estate Planning legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to engage in a broad range of legal matters, including estate planning, trust administration, special needs planning, probate, and wealth counsel.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in disputes involving estates, trusts, wills, and fiduciary duties.

Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Advise clients on estate planning strategies and counsel on trust administration.

Manage direct client interaction and maintain high-quality client service.

Participate in quarterly team activities that build firm camaraderie.

Qualifications

California Bar admission required.

Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably in probate, trust, or estate planning.

Strong drafting, writing, legal research, and client advocacy skills.

Strategic thinker with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
