We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electro‑mechanical equipment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician with solid electrical and mechanical skills who enjoys working in a structured manufacturing environment.
Base pay range $25.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on non‑functioning electro‑mechanical manufacturing equipment
Dismantle, adjust, repair, rebuild, and reassemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals
Use test and diagnostic equipment to inspect, test, and validate equipment functionality
Rebuild manufacturing equipment and perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers
Follow established procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines
Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of equipment maintenance or related technical experience
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Experience using diagnostic and testing tools
Familiarity with structured procedures and well‑defined technical processes
Specialized training, technical education, or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred
