Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Oversee various teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain consistent client communications, ensuring alignment of project objectives.
Coordinate contractor work and ensure compliance with regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for general technical guidance.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction project management.
5+ years of experience in general building construction and MEP systems construction for renovation projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead various teams effectively.
Experience with Hospital or Medical Facility projects required.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field.
OSHA 30 Certification required.
