Equipment Manager
OHLA USA invites you to apply for the Equipment Manager role in Irvine, CA. This full‑time, onsite position reports to the National Fleet Director in Florida.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of mechanics, yard foremen, and yard support personnel, ensuring efficient execution of all yard operations.
Maintain an accurate equipment inventory and ensure asset readiness.
Allocate pickup trucks to employees and keep information up‑to‑date.
Maintain CDL driver records, ensuring industry compliance.
Monitor equipment utilization for effectiveness.
Supervise rental equipment management and allocation.
Participate in dispatch and call‑offs within EC.
Manage Department P&L, meeting financial goals and controlling costs.
Approve Purchase Orders for Preventive Maintenance and rentals.
Approve invoices and ensure accuracy.
Monitor GPS tracking for equipment locations and status.
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
Approve services rendered by Enterprise.
Manage incident documentation for stolen or damaged equipment.
Oversee procurement of new equipment.
Manage disposal of obsolete equipment.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing people and inventory in a construction environment.
High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
Previous construction industry experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills

Compensation The base salary for this position is USD $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year, based on experience.
