The Shift Leader assists in management activities, ensures all activities support the restaurant’s business plan, and monitors team members to meet expectations. Essential Duties
Deliver outstanding hospitality, anticipate and exceed guest needs. Monitor restaurant operations, identify issues, and correct immediately. Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs. Create a friendly atmosphere for team members and guests. Train, direct, and supervise team members. Support sales and profit maximization while controlling costs. Plan, organize, and implement operational routines during shift. Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and team. Enforce sanitation, safety, and security policies. Meet company appearance standards. Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies. Perform other tasks as directed by management. Physical Requirements
Stand for long periods. Work around high temperatures. Work in close quarters. Lift 50 pounds comfortably. Use cleaning products. Experience & Qualifications
Minimum age 18. Flexibility for opening and closing shifts. Reliable transportation and communication method. Competencies
