$31.25/hr - $33.65/hr Direct message the job poster from ARB 4x4 Accessories USA ARB is a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of high quality 4x4 and off‑road accessories including, air‐locking differentials, air compressors, bumpers, suspension systems, roof racks, skid plates, roof‑top tents, recovery gear, and more. Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support operations by managing ARB’s Ocean Carrier(s), Import/Exports/Duties, LTL/FTL Freight & KPIs as well as support Operations & Warehousing team with daily tasks. This is a full‑time (M‑F), in‑person position, based at our Auburn, WA office. Responsibilities Coordinate the import of containers from ARB suppliers & partners Manage commercial invoices, CBP 7501 forms and shipping paperwork Report on duties/freight and other import‑related charges Manage LTL/FTL Freight vendors & track KPIs for cost improvement Maintain ERP system for in‑transit container accuracy Generate and distribute landed costs to all shipments via ERP system Validate & voucher match freight invoices & charges to shipments in JD Edwards ERP Assist with inventory management – balancing stock between locations, backorders, transfers, etc. Track and trace shipment ETAs keeping internal teams informed Maintain product records in JDE and other applicable applications Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards Other duties as assigned Experience/Skills 3+ years of experience in logistics and/or purchasing within a manufacturing environment Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience working in ERP Systems such as Oracle JD Edwards or similar. Strong communication and collaboration skills with 3‑party vendors Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Understanding of supply chain concepts, international logistics, and inventory management 10 paid holidays Paid vacation/Sick leave 401k with 3% company contribution Seniority Level
