Blue Ash, OH Deliver excellent patient-centered care by ensuring the financial and surgical communication process for patients undergoing surgical procedures is complete. Responsibilities

Schedule surgeries, provide pre‑surgery patient education, and coordinate communications with associated facilities. Schedule and coordinate pre‑op appointments with patients or their caregivers. Verify insurance benefits, prepare cost summaries, and counsel patients about finances. Counsel patients on physician fee and eye surgery center costs. Follow up on and collect surgery payments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Consistently creates a positive work environment by being team-oriented and patient-focused. Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner at all times. Reliable transportation that allows travel to multiple work locations with minimal notice. Commitment to work over 40 hours to meet business needs. Availability to work weekends when applicable. Education & Experience

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Experience in financial counseling preferred. Experience working with insurance preferred. Licenses & Credentials

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Physical Requirements

Requires frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), and standing (50%), with regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25‑50%). Must lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs. Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands for writing/typing and technology are essential. Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—required 100% of the time. Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary.
