Job Title Project Manager

Location Omaha, NE (Onsite)

Experience 5+ years

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects successfully, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile and Waterfall project management, Scrum leadership, and tools‑driven tracking.

Must‑Have Skills

Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale projects

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies

Scrum Master experience

Hands‑on experience with project management tools

Jira / Confluence

MS Project / MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

Trello / Asana / Monday.com (or similar tools)

Strong stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and reporting skills

Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives

Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure project delivery

Nice‑to‑Have Skills / Certifications

PMP (Project Management Professional)

PRINCE2 Certification

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Lean Six Sigma / PMI‑ACP or other process improvement certifications

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

Lead Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master where required

Track project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

Manage project documentation, resource allocation, and project schedules

Facilitate collaboration across business, technical, and operational teams

Salary & Benefits The base salary range is $92,250 – $110,000 plus incentives aligned with performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k); paid time off and holidays.
