Job Description
Responsible for operating, monitoring, and documenting computer‑controlled blending, weighing, cleaning, and heat treatment processes.
Performs product line operations, maintains GMP compliance, follows batch work orders, and ensures accurate documentation.
Supports transportation of raw ingredients and chemicals, completes routine cleaning and maintenance activities, and assists with related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Must Have
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Ability to make decisions and use problem‑solving skills.
Ability to maintain quality and GMP compliance at all times.
Experience
Experience in food manufacturing or similar batch processing environment preferred.
Experience working with computer‑controlled systems desired.
Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and document computer‑controlled blending processes.
Weigh, document, and stage batch ingredients using a computer‑controlled weight system.
Operate, monitor, and document a computer‑controlled clean‑in‑place (CIP) system.
Perform product line operations including standardization and final water adjustments.
Maintain GMP compliance through routine equipment cleaning and general area maintenance.
Follow batch work orders and job procedures while maintaining accurate documentation.
Receive and transport bulk raw ingredients and chemicals.
Support other assigned duties as needed.
Operate, monitor, and document bulk slurry preparation for blending.
Operate, monitor, and document computer‑controlled heat treatment processes.
Should Have
Some college or vocational schooling desired.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good computer and mechanical skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work safely in a team environment.
Qualification And Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
