Corporate Associate (Capital Markets & Securities Group) You’ll be part of an AmLaw-ranked platform, with a national footprint and a track record of landmark IPOs and bond offerings. Playing a key part in these deals, engaging directly with globally renowned clientele, you’ll be given the tools to develop your own lucrative book of business. Working alongside well respected Partners, you’ll have guidance and mentorship that will structure your progression to leadership. With hybrid working, you can balance your professional and personal life more effectively, while still benefiting from in‑person mentorship and networking opportunities. And with a high performing associate team in place, you’ll be joining a group with immense potential, supporting your success from day one. What you’ll do
You’ll give high quality advice in relation to IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, structure bond issuances and securitizations for international and domestic clients. You’ll also work directly with clients on disclosure and compliance pieces, where your input will be crucial to shaping outcomes. What you’ll need
JD, (2018-2021) NY Bar, Licensed and in good standing in state of practice. Exposure to IPOs, Secondary offerings, Private placements, Bond issuances, Securitizations with an AmLaw ranked practice. Analytical thinking with client facing acumen, you’ll need to effectively manage client relations whilst also achieving the strongest outcomes for them About the company
