Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments.
Manage appointment bookings and handle scheduling changes.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
Assist with product sales and provide information to clients.
Keep the reception area organized and tidy.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in multitasking and managing time effectively.
Experience in a salon or customer service role preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software.
Availability Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation Competitive hourly rate, plus commissions on product sales.
