We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our team and help connect America. The Supervisor provides direct, day‑to‑day supervision and coordination for the telecommunication construction project team.
What you’ll do
Coordinate and supervise outside installations, including underground trenching, directional boring, fiber optic and coax cable pulling, aerial fiber and coax lashing, splicing and testing.
Manage in‑house construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring project schedules, invoicing, as‑built maps and project management software are accurate.
Interface with developers, city inspectors, property owners and the public to resolve construction issues.
Embrace the company’s safety program and validate job and funding codes before jobs.
Maintain quality compliance throughout the build process.
What you’ll need
High School or GED diploma.
5+ years of relevant construction supervision and coordination experience in the CATV industry.
Strong communication skills and ability to present information and supervise construction personnel.
Proficient with email and computer use.
