Currently seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to join a high‑performing team within a Fortune 100 FinTech firm.

This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent.

In partnership with your team you will effectively source candidates into the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance, and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.

Base pay range $72,800.00/yr – $83,200.00/yr

Roles and Responsibilities

Proactively source and manage Product Management and Business Analyst candidates.

Create compelling position descriptions, source diverse candidate pipelines, and market a top‑tier talent brand to attract strong talent.

Screen candidates and collaborate with team members to advance candidates in the recruiting process.

Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, organization leads and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.

Work cross‑functionally across a team of high‑performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion.

Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and sourcing results to leadership and HR partners.

Source stellar candidates – look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.

Manage candidate relationships – be highly organized, detail oriented and communicate effectively with candidates.

Work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy.

Build relationships with candidates, understand their interests and passions, and direct them to the right role or opportunity.

Track high‑volume candidate data in real‑time with precision.

Contribute to ad‑hoc recruitment projects.

Basic Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates.

1+ years of ATS experience – LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday preferred.

Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.

Influential communicator, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs and produce results.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to strictly follow internal processes.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in high‑volume environments.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience sourcing Product and/or Business Analyst candidates.

2+ years experience recruiting for tech or financial services focused companies.

2+ years experience using Workday in a recruiting function.

Ability to influence and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
