About the Role
Your organization and initiative set the pace for project success. You’ll lead the coordination of engineering and land development projects, supporting teams whose work shapes communities across the Frisco area. Bohler’s Frisco, TX office is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who combines organization, accuracy, and collaboration with a proactive approach to project support. In this role, you’ll partner closely with managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently—from proposals and permitting to final approvals—while mentoring others and modeling excellence in administrative operations.
What You’ll Do
Prepare proposals and correspondence from draft to client‑ready with precision and consistency.
Coordinate project setup, track milestones, and manage documentation across multiple systems.
Use Vantagepoint and other internal platforms to assist with project invoicing, reporting, and billing coordination.
Support project managers through financial tracking, AR follow‑up, and client communication.
Compile and format applications and submittals for outside agencies, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics for both internal and client‑facing events.
Mentor administrative staff and assist with onboarding or training of new team members.
Partner with leadership to streamline workflows and improve administrative processes.

What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of administrative experience supporting management or project‑level teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or Vantagepoint a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for accuracy and detail.
