Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service; oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines; lead floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge; and manage talent through recruiting, training, engagement, and development. Assistant managers are expected to bring their best selves every day and are given opportunities to grow into future leaders under our promote‑from‑within philosophy.
