Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

We're seeking an

office Manager

to support the day-to-day operations of its New York office. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating safe, collaborative, and productive office spaces.

**This is a temp to hire position**

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities operations and maintenance across Intersection offices in the U.S., including space planning, procurement, reception, mail services, maintenance, office upgrades, and security

Coordinate with landlords and building management to ensure facilities, furniture, fixtures, and equipment are maintained in good working order

Manage outside vendors, including procurement, contract negotiation, and compliance with accounts payable and finance processes

Enter invoicing and payment information into accounting systems, including Coupa

Oversee preventive maintenance programs and execute minor repairs and office reconfigurations as needed

Develop and maintain an interactive database of vendors and establish reporting processes

Implement and improve operational workflows to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity

Monitor recurring requests and issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize turnaround times

Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and reporting standards

Qualifications

Proven experience managing vendors, negotiating agreements, and overseeing procurement processes

Prior experience coordinating building space allocation, facilities projects, and office operations

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing requests

Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills

Practical, flexible, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving

Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)

Knowledge of OSHA requirements and workplace safety standards
