What You’ll Do
Qualify and engage with inbound leads from marketing channels (website forms, events).
Execute outbound prospecting activities to target accounts.
Source, research, and qualify potential prospects to create opportunities.
Book qualified meetings for AEs.
Log all activity rigorously and accurately in SFDC.
Follow and refine outreach cadences and processes.
Communicate progress clearly and elevate blockers early.
Demonstrate growing ownership over tasks, outcomes and time management.
What You Will Bring
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
Demonstrated reliability in task execution and follow‑through.
Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn sales processes and tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with AEs and marketing.
Growth mindset, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Work Arrangement Remote — Work from eligible states within the USA. We provide the tools and flexibility you need to thrive.
Compensation $70,000-$80,000 OTE (base + variable), depending on experience.
