Your Role at KIK We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the Household Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for coordinating and executing project activities across multiple cross‑functional teams, supporting roadmap planning, and ensuring projects remain on track with respect to scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills and thrives in a technical, fast‑paced environment. This individual will effectively manage competing priorities while collaborating closely with business partners, operations, and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of the Household (HH) project roadmap by partnering with leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Assist in gathering requirements and contributing to business case development for new projects.

Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.

Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; elevate concerns appropriately to Senior PMs or leadership.

Ensure projects are completed within defined scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Operations, Engineering, QA, Supply Chain, and Commercial to support efficient project workflows and governance processes.

Help maintain accurate and timely updates to project documentation, including plans, timelines, meeting notes, and action logs.

Partner with technical teams to assist in updating quarterly roadmap and resource planning inputs.

Maintain effective communication channels with project teams, leadership, and external partners.

Provide clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

Support cross‑functional discussions to identify challenges and surface recommendations for process improvement.

Contribute to improving PMO tools, templates, and procedures to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Partner with Change/Enablement teams to support communication plans and adoption efforts related to project rollouts.

Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration, supporting Senior Project Managers and contributing to positive PMO culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering, (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or related technical discipline from an accredited institution is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, product management, operations, or technical project coordination preferred.

PMP certification preferred but not required.

Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to apply them effectively.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with plant engineering, maintenance, operations, and cross‑functional teams.

Ability to quickly learn site processes, product flows, and technical requirements.

Proven ability to support continuous improvement initiatives through structured processes.

Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.

Highly organized with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data storytelling capabilities.

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

Proficient in MS Office, Smartsheet, and data tools; experience with syndicated data sources is a plus.

A motivated self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to challenge the status quo when necessary.

Up to 15-20% of time may include the need for a Driver’s license and Passport.
