Assistant Project Manager
We seek an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Candidates may be slightly greener, provided they bring strong fundamentals and a desire to grow. Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with day‑to‑day project management activities from award through completion. Support scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination. Assist with procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order management. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners to maintain project progress. Participate in project meetings and assist with documentation and reporting. Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Maintain organized project files and assist with closeout documentation. Qualifications
1–5+ years of experience in commercial construction; ground‑up experience. Demonstrated strong tenure and stability with prior employers. Construction‑related degree preferred (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. What’s Offered
