Position Overview The Maintenance Manager will lead all maintenance activities at the Wisconsin facility, ensuring optimal equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role is pivotal in managing capital projects, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop a team of 5 maintenance professionals.
Promote a safety‑first culture aligned with company values.
Maintenance Operations
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Manage and optimize CMMS systems for work order tracking and asset management.
Capital Project Management
Plan and execute capital projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with engineering and global teams on project design and implementation.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Drive cost‑effective solutions without compromising safety or quality.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams.
Maintain strong communication with global stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of experience managing capital projects.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
Proficiency with CMMS systems.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
