What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models to enhance quality assurance processes
Identify emerging on‑road issue trends and develop data‑driven strategies for issue discovery and monitoring
Serve as the link between AI/ML development and operational execution, defining new policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Implement robust quality control processes for human and AI‑generated outputs, ensuring integrity and performance validation
Provide technical leadership and consultation to stakeholders to improve workflows and quality assurance measures
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and tools, with a strong understanding of driving rules and regulations
Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Demonstrated strong execution with the ability to drive outcomes
Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs
Basic SQL querying skills
Competency in LLM/transformer models or ML for robotics domain experience
Self‑motivated with skills in task planning and time management
