What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with Engineering to design and deploy cutting‑edge Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen‑AI) models and tools
Identify on‑road issue trends and new risk scenarios using AI‑powered insights and traditional triage signals
Define and document new policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) integrating AI tools into vendor workflows
Design and implement quality control processes for both human and AI‑generated outputs
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Software Quality Operations, collaborating with stakeholders and vendor teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
Increased competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration in a diverse environment
Basic SQL querying and programming experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with offshore teams or managing multiple local operations hubs
Competency in LLM/transformer models, and/or ML experience in the robotics domain
Self‑motivated with foundational skills in task planning and time management
Experience assessing AV safety performance
Demonstrated strong execution with an ability to improve outcomes
