What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen‑AI) models for issue detection and quality assurance
Proactively identify emerging on‑road issue trends and develop data‑driven strategies for monitoring and discovery
Define and document policies and procedures that incorporate AI tools into operational workflows
Implement quality control processes for both human and AI‑generated outputs, ensuring integrity and performance
Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and address issues with tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs
Competency in LLM / transformer models or ML for robotics domain experience
Self‑motivated with skills in task planning and time management
Direct customer consultation experience in developing new solutions
Advanced knowledge in ML testing and validation techniques
