Base pay range $56,000.00/yr - $56,000.00/yr
Overview As a Residential Supervisor, you will manage an interdisciplinary team to provide residential support, ensuring a positive, healthy, and safe living environment for students and staff. You will actively collaborate with residential counselors, students, supervisors, administrators, clinical staff, teachers, ancillary staff, and students’ families to foster a supportive and structured residential program. Schedule W-F 12-9p, Sat 8a-9p
Compensation $56,000 annually

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and one year of supervisory experience, or five years in residential treatment with a minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
Three years in residential treatment with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license preferred. CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), CPR/First Aid, and Med Administration training will be provided if not already held.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies.
Oversee service planning and documentation.
Develop outcome measures through data collection (IEPs, life skills assessments, etc.).
Maintain program compliance with DMR, OCCS, QUEST, including staff training, behavior management, reports, and evaluations.
Ensure timely communication with staff and administration.
Provide emergency backup for the program.
Actively participate in team meetings and supervision.
Provide therapeutic crisis intervention as needed.
Coordinate training schedules and maintain records.
Assist in program development and design.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Children’s Services.
