Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field required
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field preferred
Massachusetts Social Work license or licensure eligible preferred
Valid driver’s license
Experience supporting individuals with various mental health and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy
Experience working with state agencies preferred

Compensation: $56,500.00 - $61,000.00 (based on experience and degree)
Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location Brewster, MA
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy with students as outlined in their IEP
Crisis intervention as needed
Participate actively in team meetings and treatment processes
Conduct family therapy sessions when applicable
Write semi-annual and annual narrative synopses
Facilitate quarterly meetings with families and collaterals
Attend clinical supervision and annual IEP/ISP meetings
Facilitate time‑limited therapeutic groups
Assist in direct care as needed
