Primary Responsibilities

Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.

Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors by providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences and consistently meeting company standards.

Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.

Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.

Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.

Perform all functions to open and close the store as needed and any additional responsibilities and/or duties assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience with a mid‑to‑large sized retailer.

Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.

Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
