Role Overview We are looking for students to join our Accelerated Management Program (AMP) in the North Region. The twelve‑month program offers hands‑on experience and opportunities to build leadership and operational skills across Branch Operations and Outside Sales tracks.
Position Responsibilities
Counter Sales: Face‑to‑face customer interactions, product knowledge, and system experience.
Warehouse: Shipping and receiving, inventory management, and product handling.
Inside/Showroom Sales: Develop daily sales skills and build customer relationships.
Other aspects: Leadership development, accurate pricing and inventory, and relationship management.
Outside Sales Focus – Drive business development, prospecting, and territory management.
Managing Customer Priorities: Quick response, on‑site solutions, timely delivery, and full sales function oversight.
Houston Training: Corporate networking and relationship building with leaders and support teams.
New Business Development, sales goal attainment, and stakeholder relationships.
Nature & Scope
Advanced education knowledge.
No discretion to deviate from procedures; structured assignments.
Closely supervised work.
Problem complexity is moderate.
Explain facts, policies, and practices related to job area.
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Leadership motivation and team management.
Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Informed decision making.
Time management and task prioritization.
Effective negotiation for contracts and partnerships.
