Daikin Comfort Technologies – Accelerated Management Program Associate – South Region This role is with Daikin Comfort Technologies, the world’s #1 manufacturer of air conditioners and refrigerants, and is part of our Accelerated Management Program (AMP) at our Saint Louis, MO branch. The AMP is a twelve‑month hands‑on program that develops you in either the Branch Operations or Outside Sales track, giving you an accelerated path to leadership within our expanding HVAC industry.

Position Responsibilities

Work hands‑on from the ground up to gain comprehensive product, operational and customer knowledge.

Experience across Branch Operations and Outside Sales tracks, including Counter Sales, Warehouse operations, Inside Sales & Showroom, and Outside Sales development.

Develop leadership skills, pricing and inventory accuracy, and client relationships throughout the program.

Drive business development, prospecting, and territory management in the outside sales focus.

Manage customer priorities, rapid response times, on‑site solutions, and on‑time delivery.

Engage with corporate leaders during Houston training and build cross‑functional relationships.

Broad theoretical job knowledge from advanced education.

No discretion to deviate from established procedures; structured work assignments.

Work closely supervised and problems are typically not difficult or complex.

Explanation of facts, policies, and practices related to the job area.

Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies (or similar). Minimum 3.0 GPA overall and in major.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
