Title:
Document Control Administrator II
Location:
Hartford, IL (Onsite)
Pay:
$21.00 – $24/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Understand, follow, and apply document control procedures.
Verify documentation against our document control system (FALCON).
Checkout, issue, and track documentation updates for projects and special programs.
Support the document revision process to ensure proper procedures are followed for drawings and documentation updates.
Track action items for documents and drawings distributed to project teams.
Assist project teams with electronic document filing, organization, and retrieval.
Maintain master documents, library documents, and associated hardcopy and digital files.
Serve as a liaison with external engineering firms when required.
Utilize key software applications and internal resources effectively.
Coordinate Foreign Printing (FP) and scanning of project drawings to ensure accurate and timely support for major capital projects.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
2 or more years of experience in an administrative support role; Experience with SAP is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Primarily Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Familiarity with basic office procedures such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with various proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems.
Experience with SAP.
