The Role Telum
is seeking
Expert Intelligence Exploitation Analysts
to provide analytical and planning support for screening, exploitation, and other HUMINT missions. You’ll interface with joint, interagency, and DoD partners to prepare teams, shape collection, and produce high-impact assessments that drive targeting, source development, and threat analysis. This role blends hands‑on exploitation tradecraft with rigorous all‑source analysis to inform commanders’ decisions in fast‑moving operational environments.
What You’ll Do
Plan and support screening/exploitation operations and related HUMINT activities.
Produce all‑source assessments that inform targeting, source vetting/development, and threat characterization.
Coordinate across intelligence organizations, interagency partners, and DoD elements to synchronize exploitation requirements.
Build and maintain analytic products, databases, and automation that enable rapid exploitation and reporting.
Prepare and deliver concise briefings to senior audiences (O‑5/GS‑14+).
Ensure all activities comply with legal, policy, and classification guidance.
Required Qualifications
6+ years
as an all‑source intelligence analyst within DoD or equivalent U.S. Government agencies, including
4+ years
at the operational level.
Expert proficiency with contemporary all‑source techniques, methodologies, and tradecraft.
Mastery of current all‑source tools, applications, and intelligence automation to support exploitation and analytic production.
Demonstrated experience briefing
Lieutenant Colonel (O‑5) / GS‑14
audiences or higher.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Advanced working knowledge of
Interrogation, Exploitation, and Detainee Operations
and other HUMINT mission sets—including systems, methodologies, and reporting.
Proven background in
Regional Analysis ,
Geo‑political Analysis ,
HUMINT Analysis , and
Collection Management .
Active
TS
with
SCI eligibility
at time of application.
Desired Skills
In-depth knowledge of
SOF
and
Counterterrorism (CT)
intelligence operations.
Experience integrating exploitation outputs into targeting and operational planning.
Familiarity with joint/interagency exploitation equities and dissemination pathways.
