About the Role We’re seeking a highly analytical Commercial Real Estate Analyst with strong skills in market research, financial modeling, and professional presentation development. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with underwriting and valuation models, and can translate complex deal information into clear and accurate investment materials.
Responsibilities
Analyze commercial real estate deals across multiple asset classes, understanding the nuances of each (e.g., how to evaluate different asset classes, which metrics matter, and what narrative supports the analysis).
Build and refine investment materials including Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), debt packages, and equity decks.
Verify accuracy of underwriting, formatting, comps, and supporting docs.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in
commercial real estate
underwriting, financial analysis, marketing, or market research.
Deeply analytical and detail-oriented with experience in Commercial Real Estate.
Comfortable working with Commercial Real Estate
financial models and deal materials .
Skilled at distilling large amounts of information into clean, professional, well-organized
decks .
Knowledgeable about the differences between asset classes, deal profiles, and capital sources, and applying those differences consistently in the work.
Understand different audiences in the Real Estate values chain (e.g., sponsors; sales brokers; debt brokers; lenders etc.).
Ability to craft audience-specific executive summaries, understanding key components (e.g., financing terms, collateral quality, leverage, coverage, and credit story etc.).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 10 PM EST
Compensation:
$1,500 – $2,000/month based on experience
Location:
100% remote
