The Manager, B2B Reporting & Analytics supports our enterprise B2B organization across data, analytics, financial accounting, operational performance, and merchandising insights. This role will serve as a key partner to cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Ops, CRM, Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Merch Planning. Responsibilities include managing and developing a high-performing analytics team, while also being hands-on in building data pipelines, dashboards, models, and reporting used to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Salesforce, Python, Power BI, Data Warehouse designs and is comfortable working in both strategic and technical capacities. Experience with SAP (Customer/Finance/Inventory/Order management modules) is a strong plus.
Data, Analytics & Insights
Own and deliver analytics supporting the B2B organization across Sales, Sales Ops, CRM, Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Merch Planning.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and KPIs for Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Developing scalable data pipelines and models using Python and AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena, etc.) is a plus
Perform advanced analytics including forecasting, inventory analysis, margin analysis, customer segmentation, and operational performance insights.
Translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Serve as the analytics lead for our Salesforce CRM and service tools.
Build dashboards, data models, and automated reporting that support sales performance, pipeline visibility, account health, and service operations.
Ensure data integrity, enrich CRM data, and partner with Sales Ops on process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Sales Ops, CRM, Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Merch Planning to understand their needs and deliver relevant analytics solutions.
Support leadership with insights for performance reviews, forecasting cycles, budgeting, and quarterly business reviews.
Provide thought leadership and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Manage and mentor a team of analysts and data engineers.
Prioritize workload, set direction, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact analytics.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Champion data governance, data quality, and best practices across teams.
Operational & Accounting Support
Support billing processes, accounts receivable analytics, customer payment behavior insights, and general ledger reconciliation analysis.
Provide operational analytics across order management, fulfillment, service KPIs, and customer experience metrics.
Partner with Finance and Accounting to align data structures and reporting with business processes and compliance requirements.
Skills
A hands-on leader who is comfortable jumping between strategy, execution, and team management.
Someone with strong business acumen in B2B, retail, and merchandising.
A collaborative partner who builds trust and drives data-backed decision making.
Ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional outcomes.
Strong technical skills with solid business acumen
Strong experience in Retail and B2B Sales (must have).
Hands-on experience with:
Strong understanding of merchandise planning, retail, inventory management, and sell-through metrics.
Understanding of AR, general ledger, and financial reporting concepts.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex data for business audiences. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP (SD, MM, FI/CO, or inventory modules).
Experience in wholesale & distribution B2B models.
Exposure to data governance and enterprise data architecture.
Knowledge of forecasting, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
5–8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related roles.
