Job Description We are seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Account Executive
to grow and manage business within the licensed toys and collectibles category. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excels at generating new leads, and maintains long‑term client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, especially within major national retail accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new sales leads
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Set and exceed sales quotas
Conduct prospecting and needs assessments for prospective customers
Budget and allocate resources to maximize revenue outcomes
Manage inventory for national accounts and provide data‑driven recommendations
Oversee item setup and coordinate communication with buyers at national retailers
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Supervise logistics teams during large program shipments
Compile sales reporting from team members for review with leadership
Work closely with the Head of Sales and COO to optimize internal operational systems
Serve as liaison between external sales reps and internal teams
Support Co‑CEOs with daily and ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Demonstrated history of setting and achieving sales goals
Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of the sales cycle
Experience managing an active book of business
Required: Experience with Walmart, Target, Costco, or similar national retail accounts
