Outside Sales Representative

to join our team in Woburn, MA.

Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representative for our Pre Hung Door Division, you will play a critical role in growing our customer base and strengthening relationships with contractors, developers, and construction professionals. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and promoting Our Client’s pre hung door products and services across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial construction market

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers

Promote Our Client’s pre hung door solutions, frames, and hardware to prospective clients

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals

Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate bids and smooth project execution

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and competitor offerings

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction products, building materials, or related industries

Knowledge of

doors, frames, hardware, or pre hung door systems

is required

Strong business development and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications (preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or sales tracking software a plus

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts and New England
