Registered Nurse - Surgical Services - EPIC Administrator Join Trinity Health MI as a Registered Nurse (BSN) to serve as the EPIC Administrator for the Perioperative Department. The role provides daily management and technical direction for EHR implementation and support across all perioperative sites.

What You Will Do

Support EHR issues by working with end-users and troubleshooting process related issues.

Create/revise EHR record documentation and participate in charge validation.

Coordinate build and modification of macros for perioperative users.

Assist in data validation, record reconciliation, and incorrect encounter corrections.

Monitor system performance and collaborate with system subject matter experts.

Facilitate integration of clinical information systems with improvement initiatives.

Act as a change agent to promote positive acceptance of the clinical information system.

Coordinate addition of new devices and primary contact for upgrades in the perioperative area.

Manage daily functions of the EHR system and provide trend analysis recommendations.

Oversee training on the EHR for perioperative staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Current Michigan Nursing License.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Minimum two years of perioperative experience.

Understanding of surgical flow, charge processes, and materials management.
