Up to $43 per hour Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure consistent high‑tier care. Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards and protocols. Provide compassionate, person‑centered care and promptly address resident concerns. Participate in facility surveys and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Facilitate in‑service training on best practices and regulatory updates. Investigate and document incidents with proper follow‑up and resolution. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and review individualized care plans. Lead emergency response situations to safeguard residents and staff. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience. Qualifications
