Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines
Monitor nursing personnel adherence to job responsibilities and performance standards
Participate in facility surveys and inspections as requested
Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing staff maintain high-quality care and service standards
Address and elevate nursing staff complaints or grievances to the DON as needed
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
Passionate about improving residents’ quality of life
