Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring an active IN or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
Position is in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
13-week contract assignment
Unit cares for diverse medical and surgical telemetry patients
RTO requests must be less than one week
Returning travelers must not have been permanent staff at a CHS facility within the past 2 years
Patient care duties involve managing patients with medical and surgical telemetry needs
Supportive team environment with collaborative nursing staff
Requirements
Active IN or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in telemetry nursing required
No lapses in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
No certifications can expire within the first 30 days of the contract
Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years are not eligible
No local travelers; candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius
