Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular therapy techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans.
Perform therapeutic exercises and equipment-assisted therapy.
Educate patients on recovery techniques and home exercise programs.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Stay up-to-date on advancements in the field of physical therapy.
Assist in training and mentoring physical therapy assistants.
Qualifications and Skills
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
State licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience with electronic medical records software preferred.
