Pathway Caring for Children is seeking a
School-Based Licensed Therapist
to support students in
Fairless Local Schools , a team-oriented district where collaboration and student-focused values guide the work. This role offers meaningful connection, daytime hours, and strong clinical support.

What You'll Do
Provide individual and group therapy to students
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
Offer supportive crisis intervention when needed
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
Document services in the EHR
Requirements
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
Active Ohio license:
LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT
Experience with youth (preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
