What You'll Do
Provide individual and group therapy to students
Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Offer supportive crisis intervention when needed
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support teams
Document services in the EHR
Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
Requirements
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
Active Ohio license: LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, or related
Experience with adolescents or school-based settings (preferred)
Commitment to strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
Ability to collaborate within a dynamic, student-centered environment
Schedule
Primarily daytime hours
Flexible scheduling
Year-round services (including breaks) to support student needs
