Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time | Fayetteville, NC
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in Fayetteville, NC. This role offers consistent hours, paid training, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive clinical team.
RBTs work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in clinic and/or in-home settings.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay:
$22–$27 per hour
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
Ability to follow behavior plans and collect accurate data
Ability to work a full-time schedule in Fayetteville, NC
