Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the Fayetteville, NC area. We offer both full-time and part-time schedules, with consistent weekday hours and strong BCBA support.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children, value teamwork, and want meaningful, hands‑on work helping children build skills and confidence.
What You Will Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
Follow treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA
Support communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Collect and record therapy session data
Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with the clinical team and caregivers
Compensation
Behavior Technician (BT): $18–$21 per hour
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $22–$27 per hour
Compensation is based on role, certification, and experience.

Requirements
Weekday availability in Fayetteville, NC
Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work with children in a clinical and/or home-based setting
Ability to pass background screening
Preferred
Active RBT certification (preferred, not required)
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
ABA, behavioral health, psychology, education, or childcare experience
Training is provided for Behavior Technician candidates who are not yet certified as RBTs.
