What You'll Do as a Behavioral Health Technician
Provide
hands‑on autism support for children and adolescents in a structured school-based setting
Implement
individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
Assist
students with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and skill-building routines
Track
progress through accurate data collection and session documentation
Collaborate
with teachers, clinicians, and families to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Contribute
to a safe, positive environment where every student can learn and thrive
Our Ideal Behavioral Health Technician
Holds a High School Diploma (required); an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Education is preferred.
Has experience working with children or adolescents, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other behavioral health needs.
Is trained or willing to be trained in crisis intervention, CPR, and First Aid.
Is compassionate, observant, and patient, with a genuine desire to help children and adolescents with autism succeed.
Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and values open communication, consistency, and feedback.
Demonstrates professionalism and reliability while maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions.

Full-time, weekday schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with no evenings or weekends
