Role Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a full‑time, on‑site role in Queens, NY. The LPN will provide high‑quality nursing care to patients, execute medical plans under the direction of healthcare professionals, and monitor patient progress. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with patient mobility, documenting care in medical records, and ensuring the well‑being and safety of all patients. The LPN will work as part of a dynamic and collaborative healthcare team, committed to delivering compassionate and effective care.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, patient monitoring, and knowledge of medical procedures
Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Detail‑oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Active LPN license in the state of New York
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is a plus
