Compensation Minimum Offer: $77,563.20. Maximum Offer: $118,393.60.

Responsibilities

The Clinic Manager coordinates and manages clinic workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care.

Oversee operational aspects of provider practice to ensure clinical quality and financial viability.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of clinic practice within a single department and 30 or less staff FTEs.

Coordinate diagnostic and treatment activities of the clinic/department to ensure effective patient care and efficient service.

Maintain liaison with professional medical staff and other personnel in administrating policies and procedures regarding patient flow and utilization of space, time, supplies, and equipment.

Develop policies and procedures to improve patient care and utilization of clinic resources.

Supervise and coordinate activities of a clinic/department to include establishing and maintaining systems for patient flow and the utilization of clinic and ancillary facilities and manpower.

Explain policies and procedures and resolve problems. Gather necessary documentation to support proper handling of inquiries/complaints.

Manage customer complaints using the appropriate tools and processes.

Lead CQI and customer service processes. Involve the physicians and staff in improving daily operations of the clinic/department (e.g., facilitate improved patient throughput initiatives and eliminate/reduce non‑value‑added processes).

Provide leadership and supervision of clinical and clerical staff within manager’s scope to further the vision, values, and strategies of PMG.

Coordinate required review competencies of appropriate licenses and non‑licensed clinical and clerical staff with support of the Director of Practice Operations (DPO).

Prepare work schedules, assign personnel, evaluate work performance and initiate/make recommendations for personnel actions.

Accountable for understanding, enforcing, and following all internal controls, particularly as they relate to cash management policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing, business administration or related field required, or three (3) years experience in lieu of degree.

Four (4) years of relevant experience required.

RN desired.
