Responsibilities
Participates in payer group meetings and performs gap‑closure support by assisting with patient billing and scheduling outreach.
Utilizes health databases to document notes, study accounts, and communicate with necessary parties to prevent and collect outstanding balances.
Monitors quality performance trends by maintaining reports up to date.
Aids patients with treatment plans by communicating with health professionals, providing referrals, coordinating home care and DME services, and assisting with the transition of care management.
