Participates in payer group meetings and perform gap closure s by supporting patient billing and scheduling outreach
Utilizes health databases to document notes, study accounts, and communicate with necessary parties to ensure outstanding balances are prevented and collected
Monitors quality performance trends by maintaining reports up-to-date
Aids patients with treatment plans by communicating with health professionals to provide referrals, coordinating home care and DME services , and assists with the transition of care management
