is seeking a compassionate and motivated
Speech-Language Pathologist
to join our interdisciplinary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain communication and swallowing skills while working in a positive, team-oriented setting.
What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and best practices
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment changes accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehab team members, and families
Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and utilization reviews
Provide caregiver and staff education to support continued patient progress
Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants and Clinical Fellows as applicable
Support staff development through in-services and training
What We're Looking For
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing with the state
Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Comfort using electronic medical records (e.g., PointClickCare, Casamba)
Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
